A tolerance of 5% of the second or third categories is accepted. / IMAGE 2- (Chipped), Amazonian chestnut without shell, of all sizes, which in the conditioning process has had some slight physical damage. The size of this category should be greater than ¾ of the whole chestnut. / IMAGE 3- (Broken), are the pieces of fruits cut and / or trimmed. The size of this category should be smaller than ¾ of the whole chestnut.
