IMAGE 1- BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA PGI The result of the aging experience of Varvello with the long and processed preparation of the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is a wise mixture between the vinegar and the cooked must produced with selected grapes (the favourite by Varvello) of the Sangiovese and Lambrusco grapevine varieties. This vinegar, which is aged in barriques and oak barrels, reaffirms the highest standards of the traditional Varvello quality. / IMAGE 2- RED WINE VINEGAR AGED IN BARRIQUES PRODUCED WITH PIEDMONT WINES This is the top of the Varvello range and, according to true connoisseurs, an authentic point of reference in the market. It has a round, soft and particularly "vinous" taste, obtained from the fermentation of Piedmont high grade table wines. The elongated and experienced maturation in oak barrels enhances the unique bouquet. / IMAGE 3- APPLE VINEGAR AGED IN BARRIQUES Our delicate and fragrant apple vinegar spends a long aging period in barriques. This time spent in resting slowly results in the presence of slight notes (sometimes of honey) and at the same time intense. / IMAGE 4- WHITE CONDIMENT We present the "King" of seasonings.
