Red Beans with Olive Oil
1/2 kilo of fresh red beans
1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1 large head onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
4 tablespoons Sugar from fruit
Parsley to decorate
Preparation of :
Finely chop the onions and sauté with olive oil. Add the garlic and carrots that you chop in and continue to roast.
Boil the fresh red kidney beans. Chop the tomatoes into cubes.
Add the filtered kidney beans, tomatoes, juice, salt and sugar from fruit to the onion mixture.
Boil, cut down the gold, take it from the stove. Cool mouth and serve cold. Garnish with parsley if you wish.
