IMAGE 1- RISERVA DI FAMIGLIA A product born of the lengthy cooking of our musts, so as to give the condiment high density. It is then acetified and left to age in oak barrels. Distinguished from other condiments through the flavour tending towards sweet which makes it suitable for meat, salads and desserts. / IMAGE 2- MIELEACETO A totally natural product, without the addition of preservatives or thickeners, in that it exploits the excellent preservative qualities and high density of its ingredients, namely acacia honey and aged balsamic vinegar of Modena P.G.I. The health benefits of honey are well known - nourishing, a tonic and anti-inflammatory, and those of balsamic vinegar, rich in vitamins and antioxidants. Dark brown colour. On the palate the sweetness of the honey meets the sourness of the balsamic vinegar, which forms a perfect blend for cheese, and is also suitable on risottos or fresh fruit. / IMAGE 3- BALSAMIC PEARLS The Balsamic Pearls are small balls of balsamic vinegar of Modena P.G.I. which “explode” in the mouth, leaving all the flavours of the balsamic vinegar on the palate. A refined and exclusive innovation in the culinary field, the finishing touch for finely prepared dishes but which can also accompany cheeses and raw meat and fish.
