IMAGE 1- EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL "IL CALANCOLLE" Extra-Virgin Olive Oil obtained from olives cultivated in the clayey hills of Villabianca, Modena, in the Family Sereni’s farm. It is thanks to the particular “amphitheater” shape of the farm, Olive trees have grown healthy and in ideal climatic conditions, resisting even the most harsch winters. Obtained with a blend of olives collected between September and first days of October. An Oil rich of polyphenols, goldish colour with green reflections, fruity and pungent with a pleasant bitter and spicy aftertaste. Perfect matching with our Balsamic Vinegars. / IMAGE 2- EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL "IL DÒLZ" Extra-Virgin Olive Oil obtained from olives cultivated in the clayey hills of Villabianca, Modena, in the Family Sereni’s farm. The colour is goldish with green reflections, fruity in taste and smell, delicate, soft, with sweet and almonds scents. Perfect matching with our Balsamic Vinegars. / IMAGE 3- "ATTILIO" - LAMBRUSCO GRASPAROSSA OF CASTELVETRO D.O.P. DRY From the vineyards of Villabianca (Modena), borns Attilio, a fruity wine, harmonious, that matches perfectly with meat, salumi and cheeses. Red, sparkling, dry. Fully produced from our Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes. / IMAGE 4- CHERRY JAM Gathered from the cherries of Vignola cultivated on our farm estates. This jam is obtained at a low cooking temperature, in order to preserve every taste and colour of its fruit. The perfect balance between sweet and acidic, ideal for breakfast or a bread snack, crackers as well as for the preparation of cakes, on cheese and on the traditional Tigelle from Modena. Ingredients: Cherries, grape sugar Quantity: 320 g / IMAGE 5- FIG JAM Gathered from the figs cultivated on our farm estates in Villabianca, Modena.
