This characteristic makes it an excellent product for frying every type of food. Thanks to its neutral taste, it is also an excellent ingredient in the preparation of sauces and vegetable preserves in oil / IMAGE 2- Pomace Olive Oil Rich in oleic acid Oil containing oils derivated from the processing of the product obtained after the olive oil extraction directly from olives." Olive pomace oil is rich in oleic acid, thus, it can resist very high temperatures and has a high smoke point (temperature at which the oil begins to deteriorate producing volatile toxi substances such as acrolein). This feature makes it a great product for frying every kind of dishes. This oil is especially suitable as an ingredient in bakery products (cakes, bread, bagels, biscuits, etc.). Thanks to its high content of waxes, it is able to give these products a friability similar to that obtained by using butter. Thanks to its neutral taste, this oil can also be used as dressing on foods whose taste is preferred not to be altered
