Nutritional value in 100 g of product: Energy value 1451 kJ / 347 kcal Protein 0.3 g Phenylalanine 10.3 mg Carbohydrates 85.7g Fat 0.3 g Preparation : 2 teaspoons of the PKU egg substitute add to 100 ml of water. Beat for 3 minutes to obtain a homogeneous mass. The prepared substitute for eggs can be used as an addition when making dough for dumplings, pasta and pancakes.
