: 2 teaspoons of the PKU egg substitute add to 100 ml of water. Beat for 3 minutes to obtain a homogeneous mass. The prepared substitute for eggs can be used as an addition when making dough for dumplings, pasta and pancakes.
Scrambled egg recipe: fry the mushrooms with onions, then add the whipped mass of the PKU egg substitute, season to taste and fry for about 3 minutes.
