Made under a traditional Macedonian recipe our pindzhur will tempt your palate. The perfect balance among roasted red pepper, roasted aubergine and tomato paste is a choice addition to your main course, sides and starters. We slowly boil off the water until dense while adding onion, sunflower oil and natural herbs. We then sterilize the pindzhur in autoclaves to bring it to you all year round with its unique taste. The typical Bulgarian flavour is finely composed by the natural herbs and fresh vegetables. We do not add preservatives, artificial colours, stabilizers, emulsifiers, artificial flavours and enhancers. Our pindzhur does not contain genetically modified organisms (GMOs). It is conveniently offered in packages of 0,500 kg.

Bulcons’ ketchup is made under an original recipe of ours. We carefully select ripe peak-summer Bulgarian tomatoes with which we make tomato paste during three months of the year. We store the tomato paste in special containers as a single concentrate to preserve its natural colour and taste. Boiled at low heat, our ketchup has a fine vivid taste of fresh made tomato paste seasoned with salt and sugar, savory herbs and a few drops of lemon juice. We package it in bottles of 0.500 kg and 0.950 kg.
